If you don’t want to carry your poster to the conference, have it printed in Berlin and delivered to the conference venue!

You can book the printing through the ConfTool platform by for EUR 55 (includes 19% VAT).

Requirements for the poster:

• Pdf, minimum resolution 150 dpi
• Format A0, portrait style
• No font smaller than 18 pt
• Use bullet points, avoid long narrative text
• Pictures and diagrams in good resolution
• 3 mm bleed on the print file, if possible

The order and upload deadline for having you poster printed is September 5, 2024.
