The 10th IEEE Electronics System-Integration Technology Conference (IEEE ESTC 2024) is the premier international event in the field of electronics packaging and system integration. This year’s conference takes place in Berlin from September 11-13, 2024. If you are interested in being part of this exciting event, join us as a student volunteer and help us in the smooth running of the conference!

Am I eligible?

To support us as a student assistant, you have to:

• Be enrolled as a full‐time or part‐time undergraduate or graduate student
• Be friendly, cordial, punctual, and happy to help
• Complete the volunteer application below
• Attend an online  training session before the conference (dates/times tbd)
• Work a minimum of 1.5 full days (or three half days)

What will be expected from me?

Student volunteers will be asked to:

• Provide (technical)  assistance for technical sessions, panels, or interactive sessions
• Assist with check‐in, participant support and accompanying social events
• Help organize the poster sessions

What can I expect in return?

Student volunteers receive the following benefits:

• Complimentary IEEE ESTC conference registration (details will be sent to volunteers by email)
• Food and beverages during hours of volunteer service
• Explore the conference & exhibition and have the opportunity to interact with people from around the world
• Transportation and lodging are NOT included
